I suspect much of it is frozen and/or microwaved--at least that's the way it looks and tastes. We had to wait over 45 minutes for our order just after 1:00 yesterday. We were not warned that the kitchen was supposedly "slammed" by two tables of ten. Most restaurants should be able to handle this. The dining room otherwise wasn't crowded. My biggest beef, though, is the "no refill" drink policy on their $2.50 ice tea. Refusing me a second of this inexpensive drink (glass full of ice) has lost them a customer!July 04, 2016
